Candidate Profile

Appirio, Inc. seeks a stellar Product Manager to be a part of a great development team focused on building a professional services management application on a PaaS (cloud platform). The position will be responsible for translating professional services business processes & customer requirements into functional specifications for development team to deliver. • Deep knowledge of professional services management processes for both stand alone and captive services teams

• Experience in a customer facing role, preferably gathering requirements.
• Experience with Agile software development methodology.
• Prefer experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions
• A minimum of three years of commercial software development.
• BS/CS, IS or equivalent from top tier university
• Passion for technology and providing valuable, usable products to customers via the SaaS model
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
