- Post-merger, needed to consolidate multiple sources of product and customer data
- Required a single access point for product administrators, exposed externally
- Created two custom portal application to gather customer information - products and versions - to prepare for migration of user data onto signal platform
- Used Appirio Cloud Connectors to store/route documentation in S3
Results: 50K+ Users, SSO, .Net / Siebel Integration

- Integrated with .NET based existing customer portal (for SSO authentication), and integrated with Siebel via web service
