Sid Mishra is General Manager of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He leads Appirio’s CRM practice as part of Appirio’s Global Services, Cloud Management and Delivery practices.
Sid brings over 17 years of IT consulting, program management, solution sales, and delivery leadership experience across enterprise applications. He has been a key contributor in incubating and growing Wipro’s Cloud CRM capability and Salesforce practice.
Sid holds a master’s of science degree from Banaras Hindu University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis Institute.
